We are in the opening phase of this game and white is pressing on the pinned f6-Knight. Your tasks:
a) What kind of pin are we dealing with?
b) Have you seen a similar position before? Extra points are available for those explaining it correctly
c) You are with the black pieces and must decide what to do here; provide the best line you can come up with

Total available points for this puzzle is 20 + 10 extra. The answers will be published next time together with puzzle #272.

Puzzle #270 solution:
Game Kopionkin – Arkhipov, Smolensk 2000. Everyone except Coco missed the important positional aspect needed to answer properly to question "b". Here is Coco's answer:
"a) Material- equal
Development- all pieces on both sides developed.
Castling and King Safety- Both sides have castled, but white's pawn structure is stronger.
It isn't bad for black for now because no one is attacking the black king.
The black queen attack near the white king is weak as well.
Center- White has 3 pieces controlling the center and a pawn controlling the e4-square.
Black has 2 pieces in the center and 2 occupying.
Position- fairly open
b) The material is equal and it is a fairly overall equal position.
The bishops roam on opposite colour squares. THIS IS THE ONE ASPECT MISSED BY ALL OTHERS
