This week we celebrate the excellent result scored by our friend Harmony Zhu (8th place) at the 2012 World Youth Chess Championship from Maribor, Slovenia with a puzzle from the competition. Both sides have shuffled their pieces around, each with a different purpose. Right now it looks like White has dropped a pawn for nothing as the intended attack along the h-file with 24.Rh3 ... is easily defended by Black after 24... Nh5. Your tasks:
a) Analyze the position and explain what each side has obtained so far
b) White to move and get the most out of this position

Total available points for this puzzle is 20. The answers will be published next week together with puzzle #210.

Puzzle #208 solution:
James has identified most of the correct aspects of the position one more time. Here is his answer:
a) Material: White is up two pawns and one of them is passed.
King safety: White's King is under attack right now and Black is kind of trapped there, so white has slightly more of an advantage.
Centre: White controls three squares and Black controls one.
Black's compensation is the opposite coloured bishops, hoping to get a draw.
b) White's plan right now, should be trading the Bishops(!), so Black cannot obtain the draw.
