White is down a full Rook, while both Kings are caught in the center. Your tasks:
a) Name the opening
b) What does white have in exchange for the sacrificed Rook?
c) Find the best play for white

a) Evans gambit
b) Black is up 3 pawns, so it can return material in exchange for continuing the game
c) Winning line: 16. Nxd7 Qxd5 17. Nf6+ Kf8 18. Bxe7#
